TV chef Gizzi Erskine's last time in the kitchen with Disco Bistro's Carl Clarke was at her Korean pop-up K-Town. That was a big hit, and they'll soon teaming up again at Clarke's Disco Bistro at St Paul's.
"Gizzi at the Disco" will have a big focus on that dish of the moment - chicken. In this case that means buttermilk fried chicken, chicken popcorn and even chicken fat fries. Meanwhile, Carl Clarke will be chipping in with doughnuts for dessert. The full menu is:
