Free Company next to take up residency at the EnduranceThe Endurance in Soho has been championing a number of chefs in the past few months with Patty & Bun, Blanch & Shock and the Pizza Pilgrims all putting in an appearance. The themed residencies are continuing, with Free Company taking over for September.

Free Company is David Boycott, Billy Stock and Josh Rhode. In charge in the kitchen is David, who currently works at the Opera Tavern - but it'll be a collaborative approach with Billy (from Salt Yard) and Josh (who set up Turl Street Kitchen in Oxford) taking the lead on their own creations.

The food will include dishes like:

  • Mackerel - tartare, puffed skin, cider vinegar, flowers
  • Pork cheek – pumpkin, cauliflower
  • Lamb neck – leek, garlic, rosemary
  • Beetroot - pickled, roasted, goats’ cheese, sorrel, malt crumbs
  • King Oyster - onion jus, shallot, sea herbs

Free Company at the Endurance will run from 5th - 29th September at 90 Berwick Street, W1F 0QB - 0207 437 2944
