In keeping with today's pizza theme, we hear that another pizza powerhouse, Franca Manca, is now offering mere mortals the chance to learn how proper pizzas are made.
The classes are going to be held on the first Thursday of every month from 5-7pm moving around their sites. So the first class is on Thursday 5 April at Brixton, then it's 4 May at Westfield Stratford City and 7 June at Chiswick. Future classes will then rotate accordingly.
Classes cost £20 per person and, crucially, you get to eat your pizza afterwards.
