It would be fair to say that we're very much looking forward to 2014's Meatopia in September (details here). So to put you in the mood - here are a few pics to whet your appetite. They're a preview of what Andre Lima de Luca of BOS BBQ in São Paulo will be serving up. So that's Pulled lamb sliders with argula, feta and guinness bbq sauce and Picanha with espresso bbq sauce and farofa (toasted cassava flour with butter).
Bos BBQ is a BBQ joint which opened in Sao Paolo two years ago using Texan culinary methods to cook traditional Brazilian cuts like Picanha and Bife de Chorizo, all smoked in Brazil’s First Barbecue Pit.
