Eat St goes west with new residency at Chelsea's Imperial Arms

ribman2Big news for fans of London's street food collective, Eat St: they're heading for a new London residency, but this time it's Chelsea rather than Peckham. Last year various vans set up shop at the Rye Hotel in Peckham - but they've gone upmarket this year taking over The Imperial Arms on King's Road. The Made in Chelsea crowd won't know what's hit them.

Rough in the Diamond, as the residency is called kicks off on Friday 20th April and will run every Friday and Saturday night from 6-10pm. All your favourites will be there including The Rib Man, Big Apple Hot Dogs and new boys on the street Pizza Pilgrims.

"It's a rotating cast of London’s best, most slanging, low-down, deep-cut, up-together and flavour beyond control traders," says the collective's co-founder Petra Barran. "Now we have a new spot to bring our particular brand of sidewalk swag to...Who says all the informal food fun is happening elsewhere? West London needs some of that too."

Traders who've signed up for the Spring/Summer fixture in Chelsea so far are:

  • The Bowler
  • Homeslice Pizza
  • The Rib Man
  • Big Apple Hot Dogs
  • Well Kneaded
  • Kimchi Cult
  • Anna Mae’s
  • Bhangra Burger
  • Luardos
  • Tongue ‘n Cheek
  • Pizza Pilgrims...

and apparently there's more to come.

Rough in the Diamond will be at The Imperial Arms, 577 King's Road London, London SW6 2EH. For more information go to www.eat.st/the-imperial-arms/
