We knew he was going to be in town for Taste of London, but the hottest of hot news today is that David Chang will be doing a series of dinners at St John Hotel this summer.
"I'm delighted to say that David Chang of momofuku is coming to stay with us and more importantly cook with us in June," Fergus Henderson tweeted this afternoon. "Because this may be a rather popular event we are taking reservations via e-mail only and the magic address is events@stjohnhotellondon.com
The two days in question are Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd June. Each meal will cost £100 per head with drinks not included. There will be two sittings at lunch of around 45 places and two sittings in the evening from 7pm of the same. So by our rudimentary maths that's 360 places. It's first come first served - so get emailing!
"The menu will be announced on the day but it is a cracker..." he said.
