Little makes us hungrier than a story about the latest Crosstown special doughnut - but here goes... The latest in their single-origin series sees them joining up with Pump Street Chocolate (specifically their Ecuador Hacienda Limon 75% dark chocolate). It's a dark chocolate custard filling topped with a chocolate ganache and finished with a sprinkling of dark chocolate shavings. Sounds great.
