Claude Bosi teams up with Sat Bains and Noma's René Redzepi

claude bosiHibiscus chef Claude Bosi's clearly a popular fellow, teaming up with not one but two Michelin-starred chefs for a couple of unmissable dinners - a sort of cheffy BOGOF if you like - over the next two months.

First up is an evening with Claude Bosi and Sat Bains at Hibiscus on Monday 14th March. This event is to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Good Food Guide. Hot Dinners was told that Claude and Sat have devised a 6 course tasting menu for the evening, with 3 courses from each of them.

The evening will cost £95 to include champagne and canapés on arrival, which we think represents pretty good value. An accompanying flight of wine will also be available and Elizabeth Carter, Consultant Editor of The Good Food Guide will kick start the evening 'In Conversation' with Sat and Claude. Tickets are on sale through Hibiscus now if you want to call 020 7629 2999.

Next in the diary on 16 April 2011 is one of Spring's hot tickets - a dinner where Bosi teams up with René Redzepi from Noma, the World's Best Restaurant ™. It's a hot ticket, but one that'll burn a hole in your pocket at the eye-watering price of £250 without wine for a tasting menu cooked by both chefs. That said, it's also a chance to try the kind of cuisine you'd find at Noma without having to fork out the price of a ticket to Copenhagen even if you were lucky enough to get a reservation there. Tickets for the Hibiscus/Noma event go on sale on March 16 2011 - once again call Hibiscus from 9am on 020 7629 2999.
