A new Italian restaurant is coming to Moorgate, specialising in North east Italy's Ligurian cooking.

They're aiming to only use natural ingredients. They're committed to serving food that is "always be free from preservatives, emulsifiers, artificial colours and flavours".
It's an all day restaurant, Monday - Sunday, that will be ideal for city folk. It'll be open from 7am, serving pastries, muffins and pancakes, all baked in store using the aforementioned organic ingredients. They'll also be serving food to eat-in or take away all day including Italian-style sandwiches, various salads including the classic caprese and soups. A speciality will be their panissa fries - made using chickpea flour.
The evening meals will focus on pasta and more. There will also be organic burgers including a Pesto Genovese burger. Tiramisu, panna cotta and pear and chocolate cake finish things off - also conforming to their natural ingredient rule.
