Summing it all up: This is the latest Caravan to come to London. Part of Bloomberg Arcade, it's bringing new dishes and a brand new brunch menu along with it.
The low-down
With the restaurants that are part of Bloomberg Arcade now revealed, we're starting to find out more about the restaurants themselves. Next up is the latest Caravan - and here's what to expect.
There's a new section of the menu - fermented / raw and salads / grains. That'll be on all day and will be serving up dishes like "fermented daikon, black salt and pickled ginger" and "whipped morcilla, house roti and herbs".
But the pizzas will still be there too. As well as more of the bigger plates, including "wagyu hanger steak with popped capers and anchovy-tarragon dressing".
There will also be a "shrub station". And in case you're wondering just what that is - it's where you can create your own drinks. But if all that sounds like too much work, espresso martinis and coffee negronis can be brought to you instead.
Breakfast and brunch will continue to be a big thing. Given the location, expect a few power breakfasts here, and the entire brunch menu has been given an overhaul for the new location (although the baked eggs, avocado on toast and the Caravan fry will be here too).
And it's big too. Spread across three levels, there's also plenty of space to work at during the day - with a mezannine leval that will also be used for events. Plus they'll have lots of terrace seating.
