The revamped Camden Roundhouse will soon have a restaurant to match its updated surroundings. Made In Camden, a new bar and dining room will open in October 2010.
Made In Camden takes the idea of local sourcing to its ultimate conclusion with both chef Josh Katz and designer Michael Sodeau having grown up in the area. There's more than a nod to local produce when it comes to the drinks list too with a full list of Camden Brewery beer available.
We expect the weekend brunch will be popular - and it's good to know that you can eat here with a good conscience - all profits will go back into the Roundhouse Trust.
