If you've got some special ingredients in your kitchen - maybe someone's brought them as a present or they were an impulse buy - but lack the skills to make the best of them, then the Cafe Royal's new menu may be what you need. Just take the ingredients to them and their chefs will do all the hard work for you.
You'll get a glass of Champagne and canapés when you arrive before you head to the hotel’s kitchen, where you'll meet the chefs and discuss the menu. Then head to the Ten Room restaurant for a four-course menu which will feature up to four ingredients that you've chosen.
And once you've eaten your fill, the chefs will also give you a signed recipe of your preferred course to take away.
