A new Byron burger is always worthy of anyone's attention and their latest Italian-themed special is no exception.
Head Chef Fred Smith and founder Tom Byng visited Italy to check out their burger scene and came back with their latest creation, the Byronissimo. It's a 6oz patty topped with pancetta, Italian Fontina cheese and slow-cooked tomato relish with pickled red onion, shredded iceberg, tomato and mayonnaise for £9.95.
And while the special is on, the Byron menu will also apparently become an illustrated guide inspired by "Italians’ characteristically animated hand movements, showing guests how to communicate in two languages: in Italian… and in Byronissimo!".
