We're suckers for a Byron burger, so we're always pleased to be able to tell you about anything new they're up. And today we have news of a one-off burger that'll be appearing in their restaurants around town in time for Easter.
The lamb burger special will be a six ounce lamb patty with feta, salted cucumber, tomato & cumin relish and mustard mayonnaise. It'll cost £8.95 of your Earth pounds and be available in Byron from 5th March to 8th April 2013.
"We’ve served a lot of hamburgers over the years – in fact, over 6 million at the last count. And we’ve eaten a fair few as well. By any stretch, it has been a busy few years for our beloved Scottish cows. So to give them just the suggestion of a breather, we thought maybe we should change things up for our latest special (just this once mind).” says Tom Byng, Byron's founder.
