Hurrah and huzzah! Bruno Loubet, whose Bistrot Bruno Loubet won Best of the Bunch in Hot Dinner's 2010 Awards, is apparently already looking to open a second restaurant. It's barely a year since Loubet returned to London to launch his restaurant at the Zetter Hotel with partners Mark Sainsbury and Michael Benyan. Now, as he tells trade title Big Hospitality, he's looking to open a restaurant outside of a hotel to reassure people that his success at the Zetter wasn't 'just a flash in the pan'.
'With the next one though I’d like to step up and do something slightly more refined, more feminine, because Bistrot Bruno is very bolshy and in your face. I want to bring the next one to a different level of dining.'
Apparently Loubet has already started looking around Marylebone, Kensington, Notting Hill and Baker Street.
"London's one of the food capitals of the world."
