There's change afoot at Brewdog's Islington outpost - Dog Eat Dog is becoming Punk Kitchen, a new home for rotating pop-ups.
Every month they'll be hosting someone new in their kitchen and they're kicking things off with London Laksa - they've been popping up all over town and will be at Punk Kitchen for 30 days from Friday. Expect Singapore-style noodle soups and curries with spicy prawns, tofu and fresh fish. And, of course, this will all be paired with Brewdog beers.
And they've already lined up the next resident - Billy Smokes Barbecue is heading there next.
Punk Kitchen opens at 21-31 Essex Road, Islington, N1 2SA on 26 August 2016. They'll open from 4pm-10pm Thursdays and 12pm-10pm Friday to Sunday. For more from Brewdog, follow them on Twitter @brewdog.
