So you're a modern-day master (or mistress) of the universe (well Canary Wharf) but in order to do your job properly you're looking for something more substantial at lunchtime to keep your blood sugar up. Lucky for you then, that newcomer to the area Boisdale has anticipated your needs. From this week they'll deliver one of their rather lovely burgers to your door.
All their burgers are made from Scottish beef, and the menu includes Classic, Latin, Gourmet, Dangerously Hot and Truffle burgers with accompaniments such as tarragon mayonnaise, spicy avocado relish, Béarnaise sauce, pickled jalapeňos and truffle mayonnaise. Prices range from £11 to £15 and they all come with Bloody Mary Ketchup and hand cut, skin-on chips.
All you need to do to avail yourself of the service is to place an order before 11:30am. You can either head down yourself to Cabot Place and pick them up before 12:15pm or have them delivered for an additional fee of £5.
