To us, very little says summer more than soft-serve ice cream (or just "soft ice cream" as we used to know it). So we're very much looking forward to the next pop-up from Blondies Kitchen, which takes their usual milk and cookies offering to the next level.
They'll be serving up the soft serve ice cream - made with Jersey milk and Guernsey cream - combined with a cookie topping (and their cookies are some of the best in town). That'll be £4.50 (and £4.00 without topping) but it's not all they're offering.
They'll have the usual cereal milk and cookies combo - with the cereal milk in Frosties or Coco Pops flavour too and the cookies including Oreo-stuffed Nutella, Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt, Vanilla cookie & Kinder bars and more. And if you're grabbing a coffee, they even have "Birthday Cake Latte" or "Cereal Milk Latte".
It'll be a teeny spot - managing to fit just four inside - but if you want to grab and go with your cookies and ice cream, you know where to come.
