The owners of Italian restaurant Babbo are to join a mass of new restaurants opening up around Soho.
Their new restaurant will have exposed kitchens on two floors and a focus on food for sharing. It'll be an all-day affair, starting with breakfast at 8am and finishing up around 1am in the cocktail bar, which will also be available for counter dining.
You can expect traditional breads and pastries for breakfast, grilled meats and fish for lunch and dinner. There will also be a strong focus on pre-dinner aperitivo in the bar served with antipasti small plates. And it'll be a stylish affair as Fornata's joined up with the London College of Fashion to design their staff T-shirts in a competition.
Fornata will open in Kingly Street in October 2011.
