Atul Kochhar spices it up at Corrigan's Mayfair

corrigansbarJanuary is traditionally a month for restaurants to come up with cut-price menus and special discounts, so we're pleased to see that Richard Corrigan is trying something new on London's diners. For January he's teaming up with Atul Kochhar to put on a special Spice menu at his Mayfair restaurant.

The Spice menu will be served up at the bar at Corrigan's and features dishes such as roast diver scallops with spiced chickpeas, Cornish crab with black cardamom, rosewater and orange and spiced roasted lobster. It's a limited edition offer - running from Monday 9th January until Saturday 21st January - with three dishes for £25 or up to nine dishes to share with a group for £55.

Head there on Tuesday 10th January 2012 and Corrigan's Mayfair will also play host to a guest appearance by Atul Kochhar himself doing a demo of his pan seared seabass with coconut and ginger, on the menu for one day only, along with his Rogan Josh made with Hardwick Farm mutton shoulder and sweet potatoes and cumin scented potato and vegetable cakes with a chickpea stew.
