To celebrate its 25th anniversary BBC Good Food has announced its first list of ‘Good Food Great Game Changers’ who they say "have revolutionised the way we shop, cook and eat".
As you might expect, there are a few London restaurant folk on there. Angela Hartnett is on the list as one of the countrys' "highest profile female chefs who has inspired a generation of women to follow in her footsteps in professional kitchens." And there's also a spot for Wahaca's Thomasina Miers for her work in "changing the perception of the chain restaurant scene and Mexican cuisine".
