43 Morgan St, Bow, London E3 5AA

I love the Morgan Arms in Bow, it’s a classic pub with a warm atmosphere and, in my opinion, one of the best roasts in the area so it’s perfect for a leisurely Sunday. The menu is well-executed, with quality ingredients and a solid selection of drinks to match – you’ll often find me here at the weekend for a relaxed meal with friends.

8 Coborn Rd, Bow, London E3 2DA

This stylish yet cosy pub has got to be my favourite in the area! It’s such a solid all-rounder, great for a few cocktails on a Saturday night or a wholesome Sunday lunch, and I love stopping by at the weekend after a long walk to grab a pint. The team’s attention to detail is also brilliant and never goes amiss.

2a Grove Rd., Bow, London E3 5AX

Pizza is my guilty pleasure so having an excellent pizza spot nearby is key for me! The Pizza Room is small but mighty – I especially love their thin, crisp bases and how well they balance their selection of toppings. It’s my go-to for a casual meal out as it’s always so consistently good and I love the friendly service I get here.

426 Roman Rd, Bow, London E3 5LU

My go-to for brunch, the menu is a great mix of classic and creative dishes and, a huge bonus for me, the coffee is excellent. It has a great laid-back atmosphere that makes it a great place to start a slow Saturday.

Unit 7 Queen's Yard, London E9 5EN

I know this isn't Bow, but it's close and this is one of my favourite spots along the canal for a sunny day, they have a really strong selection of craft beers and some great pizza. It’s often crowded but if you can secure a spot, the outdoor seating is the perfect place to be when the weather’s good - I can spend a whole day here unwinding with my friends.
