Well we couldn’t very well come to @rovi_restaurant and leave without having the most instagrammed dish. For those of you whose feeds aren’t already full of shots of this - these are the corn ‘ribs’ served with an apricot sauce and some punchy chipotle salt. Wonderfully smoky and aromatic.
