Giving off just a touch of Austin Powers, this vibetastic rooftop bar and restaurant boasts top chef Peter Sanchez-Iglesias at the helm. And while the blingtastic caviar-topped tortilla is what usually pops up on Insta feeds, the Spanish/Mexican menu delivers depth too - those marinated red peppers are a complete flavour bomb.
