Primarily all about the wine, the list takes the same approach to its selection as the original Crispin - so that's old-world primarily and small producers. Flor is from the people behind Lyle's, but there's more of a casual vibe to their Borough Market restaurant. Part wine bar and part bakery, there's a mix of influence from France and the pintxos bars of San Sebastian.
