Unit 6 New Union Square Embassy Gardens, Nine Elms, Vauxhall, London SW11 7DN
Following on from their success in Islington, Irish duo Aaron Wall and Ciarán Smith have expanded with a larger food menu at their Embassy Gardens bar. Their cocktails are strong and very well made with Irish spirits coming to the fore.
This is the Old Street restaurant for Richard Corrigan, the top Irish chef who's also behind Bentley's in Mayfair. Expect a menu that has a modern European base mixed in with various Irish influences. There's an excellent pub downstairs too, in the shape of Gibney's.

A menu with some Irish influence menu is on offer at Robin Gill's next restaurant Darby’s, inspired by his father. It's an all-day restaurant and bakery just opposite the US Embassy and they'll also be serving food at the development’s incredible Sky Pool 10 stories up.

This is Irish celeb chef Richard Corrigan's main restaurant in London, and one where much of the produce comes from his own farm in Ireland. Expect hearty food and also a damned fine bar attached to it too, called Dickie's, where the drinks have a distinct Irish flavour.
