Haven't yet had the chance to make it up to one of the UK's best restaurant Ynyshir yet? Or maybe you haven't even been able to get a booking? Well, now Ynyshir's Gareth Ward is coming to London instead and is teaming up with Carl Clarke for a special Chicken Shop burger.
Bonding through a "shared love of music and rave culture", the pair have teamed up to create something that's inspired by a Ynyshir signature dish. The Singapore Chilli Crab Chicken Burger sees a Chicken Shop fried chicken loaded with chilli crab oil, chilli crab ketchup, kewpie mayo, dill pickles and then topped with a sprinkle of Japanese seven chilli spice. So it'll be a little on the spicy side.
To go with it there's a milkshake that's an ode to Newcastle Brown Ale, inspiringly called "Kinda like a salted Newcastle Brown Ale Caramel thingy". That mixes up Newcastle Brown Ale, toffee sauce, salted caramel and smashed pretzels. Want.
You'll only have one day to get your hands on these, but there will be 500 available, so you should be OK.
