When burger joint Junk first opened in Soho last year there was a lot of love expressed by fans for its dessert option - cookies from the Parisian bakery Puffy (which is owned by the same restaurant group). Such has been the success of those cookies that they've now decided to open the first London branch of Puffy, next door to Junk.
The cookie shop will serve up seven varieties, ranging from the standard milk and dark chocolate versions to a white chocolate and matcha option. As you might expect there will be hot drinks to go with those cookies, namely coffee from Origin coffee, dirty chais and golden lattes.
Parisians seem to love their branches of Puffy, so it'll be interesting to see how this goes down with Londoners.
