Chefs Alex Dilling and Oli Marlow take on the food at Fulham FC's new restaurant The Gourmet

The changes coming with the new Riverside stand at Fulham stadium are going to have a big impact on the area when it's finally completed this summer. We've already talked about how Adam Byatt is opening Brasserie Constance there, a restaurant that overlooks the river and everyone can go to as part of Fulham Pier. However, now there's news about something that you can only access if you're heading to a match.

Taking over the food at The Gourmet restaurant on match days will be two top chefs. First up, there's Alex Dilling who happens to have a two-Michelin-starred restaurant with his name on it in Café Royal. He's joined by Great British menu winner Oli Marlow, who is Exec Chef of Roganic Hong Kong and Aulis Phuket.

Exactly what the chefs will be bringing to the games is yet to be revealed, but we're told that there will be "rotating chef stations and cuisine themes that reflect the expertise and flair of the top-tier team". It'll all be kicking off for the 25/26 season so if you are heading to a match and can afford an upgrade, this should be worth considering.
