A few days ago Stormzy posted a receipt from a McDonald's on his Instagram stories leading to a McFlurry of speculation (sorry) on what that meant. Well, it turns out that he's the first person in the UK to create one of the burger chain's Famous Orders. The concept's been going for a while now in the States where folk like Travis Scott or Mariah Carey reveal their favourite menu orders at McDonald's. Mariah's partial to a Big Mac and McNuggets if you were wondering.
Stormzy's go-to menu is a mix of nuggets, fries, a Sprite Zero, Oreo McFlurry and plenty of BBQ dip. It costs £7.99. The order comes online at McDonald's on 12 February for a limited time only and if you order the whole thing you'll get some special Stormzy limited edition stickers to go with your meal. Stormzy fans in Croydon won't have to wait quite that long as the meal deal goes on sale there two days early.
"I am so gassed for my McDonald’s order to be the first ever ‘Famous Order’ in the UK and Ireland," says Big Mike. "Never thought I’d have my own order on the official menu. That’s mad."
