You might have caught them as they've been popping up all over London before settling down for a residency in Hackney's Spurstowe Arms. Now Dough Hands is heading south for a second residency, this time in Nunhead.
Setting up shop in The Nun's Head pub, Dough Hands comes from pizza chef Hannah Drye who has been working on creating her own personal style of pizza. The focus for her is on a crisp crust "so delicious that people actually want to eat the crusts". The pizzas themselves are made with regenerative flour from Shipton Mill and Wildfarmed and options include:
- Jode - Nduja and hot honey number with lots of stracciatella and a sprinkle of basil
- Shroomy - Soy-roasted mushrooms, with soft taleggio cheese, tarragon and a hit of garlic
- OG - Pepperoni and fruity jalapeños with lots of parmesan
You'll be able to try out these pizzas from Monday - Saturday (Sundays are for Sunday roasts), and they'll be keeping their Hackney residency going too.
