The Farrier in Camden closed late last year, but it hasn't taken long for another new pub to spring up in its place. The Dark Horse takes over the site in the old Camden stable area and also happens to come from the same people as Le Bab.
The food won't be a repeat of Le Bab or Kebab Queen, however, as it'll instead focus on traditional pub classics. So you can expect their own take on fish & chips, various pies, a lamb shank hot pot and more. Even though they only open from noon, they'll have a full English breakfast on the menu and will, of course, be putting on a Sunday roast.
Starting off 2025 with a trend that's bound to continue, it's also being billed as a "listening pub". Translated, that means they'll have live music performances and will go big on supporting newer artists.
