If you've been following Hot Dinners for a while you'll know that there's nothing we enjoy more than a well made martini, so the arrival of a seafood bistro in Shoreditch that puts the martini at the centre of its drinks offering certainly piqued our interest.
The place in question is Noisy Oyster which is going to be opening in the Norton Folgate development beside Shoreditch train station (where Kolamba East is). The duo behind it are Madina Kazhimova and Anna Dolgushina who also run Firebird in Soho. For their East London move they're going to be focusing on a sustainably sourced seafood-centric menu with many dishes paired with mini martinis.
We don't have much more info on the menu than that - but you can expect local oysters, crudo, and classic whole fish options. There will also be a focus on vegetable-based dishes.
