Earlier this year we reported on the arrival of a new type of cafe from Ladurée in London. Notting Hill was the first place to get one and things must have gone well, as the French company is just gearing up to open in Mayfair too. It's in a good spot, just opposite Socca on South Audley Street and will have room for eating in as well as takeaway.
On the menu will be a range of the macaron house's signature lattes (which are topped with a mini macaron). Flavours will include the Marie-Antoinette Latte with notes of citrus tea, rose, honey and the Ispahan Latte with rose, raspberry and lychee.
You'll also be able to try their cookies, finger patisserie and a brand new savoury range including savoury croissants, club sandwiches and millefeuilles.
