Tamila's next destination is King's Cross

Tamila is coming to King's Cross

The casual rotis and curries restaurant Tamila (from the people behind the Tamil Prince) may have only just opened its first place in Battersea, but the team behind it are already getting ready to open a second one. This time it's a little closer to The Tamil Prince, opening around the corner from King's Cross station.

Little has been revealed about the opening yet, except that they're planning to open in November (via Restaurant website). We can assume a menu of South-Indian-inspired curries that's pretty similar to the recent (and very successful Battersea opening). A small taste of that menu includes:

  • Mutton curry dosa
  • 1/2 Tandoori chicken & mint chutney
  • Paneer butter masala
  • Chettinad lamb curry

Apart from that, we're yet to hear exactly what they have planned for this space - but we'll update this story as soon as we do.

Thanks to Hot Dinners reader Rob for spotting this.
