The London restaurant scene is notoriously fickle and what's hot one day can be past its best the next. When that happens you need to be ready to pivot and that's what Matt Harris & Tommy Kempton, the duo behind chicken shop Other Side Fried (and Ploussard) have done. They're in the middle of turning their Brixton place into a burger restaurant. But not any burger restaurant - this one's going to be serving up prime cuts of wagyu beef in its patties.
Buster's will be using Welsh Wagyu in its short, but enticing menu. There are three burgers on offer:
- Hamburger – Wagyu beef patty, green peppercorn dijonnaise
- Cheese Burger – Wagyu beef patty, American cheese, green peppercorn dijonnaise
- Buster Burger - Wagyu beef patty, Buster’s sauce
All of the burgers will be served in a squishy potato roll that's being baked in-house.
