Delamina Townhouse is opening in Covent Garden

Delamina Townhouse is opening in Covent Garden

Updated 28/10/24 with soft launch details

They already have the original Delamina in Marylebone and Delamina East in Shoreditch and now restaurateurs Limor and Amir Chen are adding a third restaurant to the group. Delamina Townhouse will launch in Covent Garden (taking over the Volto do Mar space).

As with their previous restaurants, the Townhouse will have an Eastern Mediterranean-led menu, and they'll be bringing across some of their signature dishes to Covent Garden. Those will include charred cauliflower with lemon-infused crème fraiche alongside their kadayif nest of vanilla cheesecake cream and caramelised pecans. There will also be new dishes just for the Townhouse, like:

  • Arak-cured sea trout, mixed herbs and foamed labneh
  • Za’atar-marinated seafood on the plancha with golden beetroot aioli
  • Herby venison koftas on skewers, pistachio cream and barberries

Wines will feature many from small-batch wineries across the Mediterranean, while the cocktails will often utilise similar ingredients from the rest of the menu. As for the look of the place, they'll be making full use of the Grade II listed townhouse, featuring lots of separate dining area which will also include a few private dining spaces.

So if you're a fan of Delamina and their cooking, this will be one to seek out.
