A Hot Dinners exclusive
It may not seem like the most likely place to open up a honky tonk bar, but Chiswick folk will need to slap on a stetson and find their cowboy boots when Lil' Nashville arrives on the scene. The Nashville-inspired offering has been recently popping up at Dingwalls in Camden where hordes of adoring fans have been partaking in line dancing, listening to country music and enjoying Southern BBQ.
Now the pair behind it have revealed that they've taken over the old Betty Chiswick which locals will know is a pretty large old space. As for the concept, well there's line-dancing tutorials, acoustic sets and they'll be showcasing an array of UK-based but US-inspired country music acts.
Looking at the food offering they've run at previous events food options could include Louisiana BBQ pulled pork and 10-hour smoked Texas brisket served with smoky pit beans, slaw and pink pickles.
With everyone from Beyoncé to Post Malone stepping on the country trend, this new venue sounds like it's perfectly timed. Someone pour me up a double shot of whiskey...
