A new Pizza Pilgrims is incoming, and this one will be very handy for commuters as it's opening right next to Euston station.
As with any Pizza Pilgrims, it's all about their 72-hour double-fermented pizza dough, and you'll find the usual classic pizzas on the menu, as well as their own versions, including:
- Margherita Extra-Extra- A classic Margarita, but with added Piennolo tomatoes, a whole creamy burrata & fresh basil pesto
- Carbonara - topped with guanciale, Pecorino, egg yolk and finished with strands of al dente pasta
As far as the look is concerned, taking the nearby station into account, this one will be inspired by rail trips on the Amalfi coast, as well as having a beach-themed bar. They'll also have a decent-sized terrace space here.
