Ladurée are best known for their very pretty macaron shops, but their next opening is going to be something a little different - a café in Notting Hill.
The new concept is literally called Ladurée Café Concept, and while they'll have the same macarons and coffee that their previous shops have had, this will be a proper cafe. It's the second of these to open, following the first in Paris last year, although the menu sounds at least a little similar to what's already available in the Covent Garden Ladurée, which just opened a new tearoom.
In addition to their signature macarons you'll also be able to order a coffee with a macaron on top. They're also promising new patisserie and pastries (including savoury options) and soft serve ice cream too. The place also sounds like it will be oh-so-Instagrammable, with a marble checkerboard floor and lots of green and pink throughout. Plus they'll have a terrace if you fancy taking your macarons alfresco-style.
