His previous pop-ups have seen queues snaking down the riverside in Chelsea but now chef Charles Bryant is hoping to top those with an Easter collaboration that's bound to be a sellout.
This Easter he's joining forces with the folks at Crisp Pizza in Hammersmith for an Easter Sunday roast sub that sounds seriously good. It features slow-cooked rare breed pork, crackling, beef fat roasties, pork fat gravy, pickled red onions, aioli and mustard and all that's stuffed inside a Crisp Pizza dough sub "which Carl has absolutely smashed".
If you're stuck in London and it's too far to go home for your Easter Sunday lunch, this sounds like a much better alternative.
Tickets have just gone on sale and there are only 500 to be had, so you'd better be quick...
