You've dined at The Devonshire, now buy their knives

Updated 15/10/24 - the knives are back on sale again

If it's not enough for you to brag that you bagged a table at The Devonshire, we may have something to elevate that brag into full-blown restaurant geek status. Because you can now buy the steak knives from the Soho pub to use at home.

Katto, the artisan knife makers, are producing what looks to be an ultra-limited release of the knives they made especially for the popular pub. The handles are American black walnut and feature Katto's signature Japanese (AUS-10) steel blade. As they explain: "They are beautifully balanced and - put simply - screamingly sharp."

A set of four is £120, which is actually pretty good value when you consider the work that goes into them. But if you're thinking about buying some, don't dally.
