It's just over two years since the American fast food fried chicken chain Popeye's arrived in London - and now they're spread all over London in the form of either restaurants or delivery kitchens.
But if the one thing that was missing from your evening commute was the smell of fried chicken, then that's about to change. Because Popeye's are the latest to join the shops and takeaway spots at Waterloo station (there's already a McDonald's there). So very soon, you'll be able to pick up one of their breakfast rolls on the way into work and some chicken sandwiches with mash and gravy for the journey home in a last-minute attempt to soak up any post-work booze.
This is their first restaurant at a "travel hub" so don't be surprised to see them turning up at more stations.
