If you've launched yourself into 2024 absolutely determined to eat more healthily (or at the very least work on getting your five a day sorted) then a new collab at Harvey Nicks might be of interest. For the first three months of this year, the store is serving up a special Super Glow menu curated by nutritionist Emily English.
English, who has just shy of a million followers on Insta, has produced a range of drinks and dishes for Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge, created to promote nourishment and wellness from within.
For the drinks menu (which you'll find in Harvey Nichols in Liverpool. Bristol, Edinburgh and Knightsbridge) the options are:
- The Reset Greens juice - kale, cucumber, lemon juice, ginger root and pear. Aims to support natural detox mechanisms.
- The Glow Tonic juice - carrots, orange, pineapple, turmeric root and black pepper. Packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatories
- Spiced Vanilla Matcha smoothie - matcha powder, coconut milk, Medjool dates, banana, vanilla extract, avocado and cinnamon. Fibre-packed to support a healthy gut.
- The Thriver smoothie - blueberries, acai puree, beetroot, spinach, coconut milk and honey. Intended to reduce inflammation and support natural energy production.
From superfood-packed smoothies to revitalising juices it sounds like a way to give yourself a bit of a boost in a way that's also going to be delicious.
As a perfect match to the nutritionists' drinks, English has also worked with the team at Harvey Nichols Fifth Floor Café & Terrace in Knightsbridge to devise a special brunch menu with some classic brunch dishes reimagined with immunity-boosting and superfood ingredients. So you'll find Ricotta Lemon Pancakes paired with a chia seed blueberry compote and honey; Hot Honey Halloumi Avocado Toast topped with an egg and their Best Ever Caesar Salad using a yoghurt-based dressing served with Parma ham shards, parmesan flakes and garlic sourdough croutons.
If that all sounds enticing, head up to Harvey Nichols' Fifth Floor Café & Terrace to try the whole brunch menu or grab a juice or smoothie to take away.
