Juno in Notting Hill will be London's smallest omakase restaurant with just six seats

London's newest omakase experience is definitely coming with bragging rights. As there are only six seats at Juno in Notting Hill, simply managing to get a booking there is going to be an impressive feat.

The new counter dining 'experience' is opening on the first floor of Mexican/Japanese restaurant Los Mochis in Notting Hill. The restaurant's executive chef Leonard Tanyag (ex-Zuma) will be running the show alongside head sushi chef Han (ex-Nobu and Roka). They'll be serving up a no-menu selection of 15 courses at £180.

As you might imagine, the raw ingredients are going to be pretty special, if not particularly local. They'll be using red bream from the South of Japan, olive flounder from South Korea, and Kagoshima Wagyu A4. If you love sushi but have dietaries the good news is that everything here will be both gluten and nut-free.
