If, like us, you never actually managed to get around to going to El Bulli the good news is that there's now another chance to experience Albert Adrià's talents. The chef is the latest to sign up with top-drawer sushi delivery company Sushi Shop to design sushi collections for them.
Unlike previous collaborations though, this will be a year-long affair. "I am a huge admirer of Japanese cuisine," says Adrià, "and I always try to preserve its essence and identity. I love how precise and classic it is and this inspired us to create these recipes with the fabulous Sushi Shop team."
The box will feature 21 pieces of sushi including a shiitake gunkan, shiso sushi and chicken kimchi futomaki. At just £26.90 for 21 pieces it's certainly going to be the cheapest way of trying the chef's food yet.
