If you haven't made it to the furthest reaches of Wales to enjoy the food at what is currently the UK's best restaurant, Ynyshir, then we have good news. For three days next week, Uber Eats have teamed up with the restaurant's chef, Gareth Ward, to deliver an exclusive tasting menu experience in London.
They'll be delivering a 10-course tasting menu for £200 so yes, slightly more than your average takeaway, which they say will give Londoners a taste of the award-winning restaurant's food. If you're going all in there's also going to be a wine pairing too for an additional £50.
On the menu for two will be dishes including Hot and sour crab soup with a deep-fried bun, BBQ black cod with N25 caviar and Difference Coffee Blue Mountain tiramisu.
"It’s quite different to what we usually do," says Gareth, "and something unique for us to pull off...Here’s your chance to get signature Ynyshir dishes delivered right to your door in London.”
The tasting menu will be available to Uber Eats customers in London from 6-8 December.
