You've got to give Yard Sale Pizza credit for coming up with some great folk to do collabs with. Next in the line-up is Big Zuu. The Bafta-winning TV chef has created the Big Slice of Africa for the pizza chain.
The pizza's inspired by his Sierra Leone heritage and features Maggi seasoned chicken with ginger, chilli and garlic, peppadew peppers, and fior di latte mozzarella, with a scotch bonnet BBQ and tomato sauce base.
"I’m buzzing about this collab," the man himself says. "My food has always been about blending cultures and cuisines so putting my own African twist on a delish Yard Sale Pizza is super fun for me."
