London does love a special croissant. We've recently had cubed croissants from Le Deli Robuchon and katsu chicken croissants from Hiden and now, here comes the kebab croissant.
It's a team-up between the ever-popular Chestnut Bakery and the folks behind Le Bab. Inside the Chestnut Bakery croissant, you'll find slow-cooked dry-aged beef brisket, sauerkraut, and fondue sauce. So move over pitas and wrabs, this is the kebab to have this month.
It'll only be available for a short time, 12-25 November, priced £14, so if you simply must try every special croissant in the city, put those dates in the diary.
