For its 10th anniversary Sherry Week (6-12 November), the largest annual festival of Sherry wines in the world, is pulling out all the stops this year with a range of tastings, special cocktails and paired dinners happening across the city.
Highlights include:
- Sherry Week Celebration at Meson Don Felipe - complimentary tapa with every glass of Sherry for the week
- Sherry Discovery Experience at Ibérica Victoria - five different sherries paired with savoury nibbles from the restaurant’s delicatessen
- Sherry menu at Bar Tozino - for Sherry Week the Bermondsey bar will be doing a three-course menu of dishes cooked with Sherry and paired with Sherry
- 5J Jamón Ibérico masterclass and dinner at Pizarro - masterclass followed by a nine-course dinner with paired Sherry
- Sherry and Pintxo at Barrica Tapas Bar - seasonal dishes paired with various Sherry styles
- A self-guided Sherry Tasting at Gordon’s Wine Bar - a trio of sherries that can be enjoyed throughout the day (no reservations taken here)
- Friday Sherry tasting event at Lea & Sandeman in Chiswick, Kensington and Fulham - pop in and try a free glass of Sherry
